1. What is your RETURN POLICY?
We are pleased to offer a return policy on unopened and unused hair products (for wigs, you can’t cut the lace in front). Within the first 7 days after you receive your hair, please email customer care and one of our customer service representatives will assist with the issue. We will then issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Returns without Authorization are not allowed.
You are responsible for all return shipping costs. And $20 will be charged for shipping fees (we pay when ship to you). Besides, if your order is hair extensions in ombre, balayage or colorful color, $20 will be required for the dyeing fees. We will refund you the remaining payment in 3 working days after verifying the return package. We recommend you get tracking and insurance on your return package. After we receive hair, we will issue return after examination of hair.
2. Can I exchange my OUOhair?
We understand that choosing the best product for you may be difficult without seeing the product face to face, so we are happy to offer a 1 time exchange of your unopened and unused hair product within 7 days of receipt. Please email customer care and one of our representatives will assist you with your exchange. You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
3. Order Change & Cancellation Policy
All order information can be freely changed within 12 hours once placing the order. If your order is already processing or has been shipped, we will NOT be able to cancel or modify any orders.
